Third-party delivery management for restaurants
TROPHI is a third-party delivery management company. You get a dedicated expert running your delivery accounts across DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub and first-party ordering, every week.
Most operators set up their delivery accounts once, during a busy week, and never touch them again. The menu goes stale, prices drift out of line with the dining room, and nobody notices when an item gets marked unavailable and stays that way for a month. Meanwhile every refund request gets approved automatically because nobody is watching, and every one star review sits there unanswered, dragging down your ranking on the app.
This service means someone checks those accounts every week. Sales get tracked against what actually lands in your bank account after commission, marketing fees, and refunds are pulled out. Promotions get chosen based on what moves margin, not just volume. Reviews get answered, disputes get fought when they should be fought, and you get a plain report on what each platform actually earned you that week, not what it claims to have sold.
The goal is simple. You should know your real delivery margin the same way you know your dine in margin, and someone should be minding the account the way they mind a register.
What does a delivery management company do?
TROPHI is a third-party delivery management company. We give your restaurant a dedicated team of former restaurant operators handling restaurant delivery account management on DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub and your first-party ordering, with packages built for every type, size and budget of the restaurant.
We optimize your menu on every platform, from pricing and photos to descriptions, modifiers and upsells. We manage errors and refunds, dispute unfair reviews, respond to customer feedback, and plan campaigns that drive sales while protecting your margins. Our performance and operations reporting gives every department, from the kitchen to the C-suite, the numbers it needs to move your business forward.
We get new locations live on every platform, negotiate your commission rates and exclusivity deals across DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub, and have secured more than $4 million in cash and marketing incentives for our clients as of September 2026.

Reporting your whole operation can act on
Most restaurants running delivery can tell you last month's sales and almost nothing else. Reporting is where the channel stops being a guess, and it is the part of the service our clients lean on hardest.
The monthly report, page by page: performance, your customers, when guests praise you and when they complain, and the P&L by platform.
One number, not four dashboards
DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub and first-party each report differently and none of them agree. We pull all of it into one view, on one definition of what a sale, a refund and an error actually is.
Written for the person reading it
The kitchen gets prep and error rates. The general manager gets store level performance. The owner gets revenue, margin and what moved. Nobody has to translate someone else's report.
Errors and refunds tracked to the dollar
Missing items, cancellations and platform adjustments are the quietest leak in the channel. They are counted, chased and reported, so you know what came back rather than guessing.
Month over month, not a snapshot
A single good week proves nothing. The reporting shows the trend across months, which is how you tell a promotion that worked from one that bought you orders you were going to get anyway.
How it runs
Account audit
We look at current menu setup, pricing, photos, and open disputes on every platform you use.
Baseline reporting
You get a clear picture of what each platform is really earning after commissions and refunds, not the headline sales number.
Weekly management
Menus, promotions, reviews, and disputes get handled every week, not whenever someone has time.
Reporting back
You receive a straightforward report each week showing sales, fees, refunds, and net result by platform.
Your delivery channels, run like a department, not a side job.
Third-party platforms move real revenue and leak real margin. Trophi takes the whole channel: the setup, the daily tracking, the errors and refunds, the campaigns, the reviews, and the reporting that tells you whether any of it is working.

Build the package around the operation. Any capability from a higher tier can be added to your current package without moving up a level, and locations do not all have to sit on the same tier.
Common questions
Do you manage all three delivery platforms or just one?
We work with whichever platforms you already run, DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, or any combination. The management approach is the same, checking margin and staying on top of reviews and refunds, no matter the platform.
How do you decide which promotions to run?
We look at what a promotion actually costs against the commission and fees already coming out of the order, then decide if it makes sense for that item and that week. Some promotions that look good on volume actually lose money once fees are accounted for.
What happens with customer complaints and refund requests?
Every refund request gets looked at instead of auto approved. If a request is legitimate it gets handled quickly, and if it looks like abuse we push back through the platform's dispute process.
What kinds of restaurants are the best fit for your service?
We work with all types of restaurants across the country, from single unit operators to national franchises.
Can I sign up if I do not have third-party delivery yet?
Yes, as long as third-party delivery services are available in your area. We can also help you sign up with the delivery platforms.
