Restaurant delivery management: frequently asked questions
If your question is not answered here, call or email us directly.
What kinds of restaurants are the best fit for your service?
We work with all types of restaurants across the country, from single unit operators to national franchises.
Can I sign up if I do not have third-party delivery yet?
Yes, as long as third-party delivery services are available in your area. We can also help you sign up with the delivery platforms.
How long does it take to get started?
Onboarding usually takes 10 to 14 days. It can vary depending on how many locations you have and how the platform set up goes.
Is there a long-term commitment?
We ask for a minimum of 90 days so you can see the full impact, and 30 days written notice to cancel. We would rather let the service speak for itself than tie you in.
How long does it take to see results?
Restaurants can see results within two to six weeks. Most take a bigger leap after 90 days on the service.
Do you offer a free trial?
We do not offer free trials. We do offer a range of packages, so there is usually one that fits the budget you have.
Can I change my package after signing up?
Yes. You can move between packages or add and remove features as your brand needs change. Changes take effect the following billing month.
Can I see what you would add before I speak to anyone?
Yes. The revenue calculator takes your region, your submarket and what you run, and shows a three year range with no form to fill in. It is a projection built on the delivery volume we typically see in that market, not a quote, and your real numbers get set on the call off your own platform reports.
